Chakras: 💎
1. Muladhara (foundation chakra) saves the instinct of the foundation.
This chakra is the foundation of the human energy system, located at the base of the spine. Its primary purpose is to guarantee the physical existence and safety of a person. It governs our basic needs: food, shelter and procreative instinct etc.
A destructive state or damaged muladhara makes a person a prisoner of constant anxiety and existential fear. At such a time, a person loses the ability to fight, perceives himself as a victim of the world, and has no resources to deal with reality. Internal uncertainty appears, which often manifests itself in the following form, extreme selfishness, greed and excessive dependence on material things.
It has a connection with the earth.
This chakra is our bridge to the earth from which we draw our life force. At the same time, it represents the area of the body that is responsible for the release of both physical and energetic toxins.
Signs of blockage:
Chronic exhaustion and lack of energy. Various types of harmful attitudes, paralyzing fears, victim psychology, lack of willpower, outbursts of anger and hatred, aggression towards life, inability to protect personal boundaries, financial collapse, living at the dictates of others, social isolation and inability to realize goals. Imbalance in all areas of life.
2. Swadishthana (sacral chakra) the energy of pleasure.
It is located in the lower abdomen, near the navel. Its main mission is the realization of human sexual potential, creativity and realization in general, stability of self-esteem and the ability to enjoy the achieved results.
Destructive condition.
Imbalance of energy in this center leads to loss of taste of life. A person sinks into apathy, depressed mood and complete indifference. "I don't care" and "I don't need anything" become the leading phrases. Sexual energy either disappears completely, or takes distorted, unhealthy forms, which makes the relationship with the opposite sex lose meaning and content.
Signs of blockage:
Lack of self-confidence, social rudeness and lack of tact, uncontrolled anger and greed, morbid jealousy, cynical and demeaning humor, possessiveness, trying to control others completely, mistrust of the world, constant expectation of betrayal and deception, sharp mood swings, social alienation, fear of showing one's weakness, various types of addictions (food, alcohol, games and etc.).
3. Manipura (solar plexus) center of will and power.
This chakra is the generator of personal power, self-control and positive charge. Its task is to inspire a person to believe in their own abilities and to strengthen the drive for success and optimism.
Healthy condition:
During harmonious Manipura, a person has an inner confirmation to live better. He is successful in the financial field, in his career and achieves his goals easily.
Destructive state ie
The block causes paralysis of the will. Careers are destroyed, aggression and financial losses appear. A person considers himself worthless and has low self-esteem, which causes anxiety disorders and depression.
Signs of blockage:
Revenge and arrogance, envy of others, psychological pressure on others, impatience and constant irritation, high level of stress, arrogance, sadness and not seeing the meaning of life, conflict.
4. Anahata (heart chakra) love center,
Located in the middle of the chest, it is the center of compassion and emotional purity. Its purpose is to teach a person to perceive with the heart, express gratitude and harmonious coexistence with the outside world.
Destructive state ie
A closed anahata makes one a dweller only with a cold mind. The door of the heart closes when a person prevents himself from expressing love (often due to betrayal or disappointment). "Love is a lie" with this belief, a person is excluded from the world and has difficulty accepting himself and others.
Signs of blockage:
Deep disappointment, inner fears and feelings of guilt, pride and arrogance, hypocrisy, constant dissatisfaction, decreased ability to speak, depressed state, frequent fights and conflicts.
5. Vishudha (throat chakra) center of self-expression
It is located in the throat area. It is where your inner world meets outer reality through words and creativity. Its purpose is to announce the individual mission of a person and to serve the truth.
Destructive condition
When the throat chakra is blocked, a person loses his voice. There is a fear that his thoughts are unimportant or different from others. Such a person often hides his talent, speaks what others expect from him, and not what he really thinks. This leads to internal alienation and creative stagnation.
Signs of blockage:
Fear of expressing one's opinion, lying and distorting the truth, gossiping, interrupting others' conversations, constant misunderstandings in communication, creative block, frequent colds and sore throats, inability to realize talents, social anxiety, loss of authenticity.
6. Ajna (third eye chakra) center of intuition
It is located between the eyebrows. It is the organ of inner wisdom, clear vision and intuition. Its task is to show us the essence of things behind the illusions and to give us a strategic view of life.
Destructive condition
Violation of this center causes mental confusion. A person relies only on dry logic and does not notice the signs of the world. There is a feeling that life is chaotic and there is no regularity in it. A person gets bogged down in details and loses sight of the big picture, leading to wrong choices along the way in life.
Signs of blockage:
Vision and memory problems, constant headaches, nightmares, complete lack of intuition, living in illusions, inability to concentrate, excessive skepticism, inadequate perception of reality, lack of ideas, mental fatigue.
These three chakras are the bridge between your material needs and your higher spiritual consciousness. Balancing them is crucial to being not only successful, but also a happy and self-fulfilled person.
7. Sahasrara (crown chakra) cosmic unity
It is the highest energy center that unites man with divine energy and the cosmic orchestra. Its function is to take us beyond the fear of death and show us the wholeness of the universe.
healthy condition
Purified Sahasrara opens the way to cosmic love and transcendental wisdom. Enlightenment and oneness with the universe makes man a part of the divine plan.
Difficulty unlocking
Opening this center requires liberation from earthly attachments. A person should learn to give freedom to loved ones and give up dependence on the material world (home, career, things, food). Only by letting go of attachments can true connection with the universe be achieved. (Although this does not mean that one should give up earthly pleasures, balance is important).
Without this energy, a person feels completely alone and lost, which leads to mistrust of the world.
Signs of blockage:
Mental retardation, stubbornness, excessive fanatical piety, paralyzing fears, psychotic states, deep depression, various phobias, disorders, etc.
